• As national lead trial counsel for the welding industry, the firm won all 6 jury trials, on ten plaintiffs’ claims, that we handled in the nationwide product liability litigation. Juries in Cleveland, Ohio, New Orleans, Louisiana, Madison County, Illinois, and Akron, Ohio unanimously rendered complete verdicts for the defendants in those cases. 
• Representing a global manufacturer of roofing materials in lawsuits alleging defects in thousands of roofing systems and warranties sold throughout the state of Louisiana and Ohio.
• Counsel for a chemical company in Louisiana cases alleging injuries as a result of company-branded herbicides.
• The Firm currently serves as Louisiana counsel for a major producer of agricultural products in multiple cases relating to a closely-watched MDL.
• Representing industrial gas company in litigation involving an explosion of a hydrogen-fueled forklift.
