Fifth Circuit Affirms Barrasso Usdin Summary Judgment Victory

The firm obtained summary judgment on behalf of a knee and bone cement manufacturer in a case that was set for trial in federal court in Louisiana in June of 2021. The firm then defended the victory on appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, which affirmed the client’s complete victory via a per curiam opinion shortly after hearing oral argument.
