Products Liability Trial Team Secures Defense Verdict

A Barrasso Usdin products liability team consisting of partners Richard Sarver, Kyle Siegel, and Shaun P. McFall and associate Aaron Steeg recently secured a complete defense verdict in a week-long trial in the Civil District Court of Orleans Parish. The jury deliberated only 30 minutes before returning a verdict finding that the orthopedic bone cement manufactured by the firm’s client was not defective and did not cause the plaintiff’s injuries.
