Aaron Steeg's practice focuses on commercial and complex litigation. Leveraging his experience as a law clerk to the Honorable Edith Brown Clement of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, Aaron provides unique insight on appellate matters and critical motions.

Aaron also has expertise in servicing sports-industry clients. Before joining the firm, Aaron was part of Winston & Strawn LLP’s renowned sports-law practice in New York. There, he was a core member of the team that secured a historic, unanimous victory at the U.S. Supreme Court for student-athletes in NCAA v. Alston, which revolutionized the landscape of college sports. Aaron has also represented top sports agencies, agents, and athletes in litigation, arbitration, and contract negotiations. A former agent for professional coaches himself, Aaron previously helped negotiate what were then the most lucrative head coach contracts in NFL and NBA history.

A proud New Orleans native, Aaron received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
