Barrasso Partners Siegel and Chetta Presented at LSU Law Review’s Annual Symposium

February 13, 2025

Barrasso Usdin partners Kyle W. Siegel and Chloé M. Chetta recently participated in the LSU Law Review’s Annual Symposium, entitled “Taming the Beast: Class Actions, MDLs, and Complex Litigation.”  Chloe spoke about obstacles to class certification in the Fifth Circuit, and Kyle presented on recent amendments to Federal Rule of Evidence 702 regarding admissibility of expert testimony. The Symposium was organized in part by the law review’s articles editor, Morgan Pilcher, who will soon be joining the firm as an associate.  We were thrilled to support this successful event, and are excited that Morgan will be joining our team in the fall.

Below are pictures from the event.
