Sara Gail Prudenti's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on securities litigation, shareholder derivative suits, and cross-border litigation.  She has also represented corporations and individuals in connection with regulatory proceedings, including preparing witnesses for SEC and DOJ interviews, conducting internal investigations, and reviewing and analyzing company policies to advise on best practices. 

Sara Gail received her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Tulane University Law School, where she served as Managing Editor for the Tulane Law Review.  She also served as an extern to the Honorable Eldon E. Fallon of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and as an intern for the New York State Supreme Court's Appellate Division for the Second Judicial Department.  Sara Gail received her Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Tulane University.

Before joining the firm, Sara Gail was an associate in the Litigation and Trial Department at Latham & Watkins, LLP, in New York.  She was also previously a teacher with Teach For America, a national public service program.

Professional and Civic Activities

Sara Gail maintains an active pro bono practice, including a special education matter where she represented a mother and daughter in hearings against the New York Department of Education, successfully obtaining private school placement at the expense of the DOE.
