Jane F. Dugal practices in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith, and environmental and toxic tort litigation.
Jane received her Juris Doctor summa cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Mississippi. While in law school, Jane served as Substance & Citation Editor for the Loyola Law Review and as a research assistant for Professor Monica Wallace, updating her Family Law Treatise.
